Rick Roman, Golf Classic Co–Chair, said the funds raised would go directly to the FMC Foundation of Caring community grants program to support local non-profits through volunteerism and funding.

“The Foundation of Caring Community Grants Program invests in diverse local organizations that can use the funds we provide to enrich lives and bring about measurable, immediate and lasting positive changes in our community.” Roman said.

While all the participants had a great time hitting for the pin and trying to sink a hole in one to win a new Mercedes, one team came away with the best overall score.

Congratulations to the team of Dr. James Brookins, Dr. Ken Atwater, Terry Dewdney and Jonathan Graham for the big win.

Several other players had notable rounds as well. Chris Blake, Jimmy Jones and Brookins each won acclaim for getting “closest to the pin” and Connor Lewis was recognized for a monster drive on hole #17.
