The FMC Foundation of Caring was a sponsor for the FARE Walk on Saturday, November 9th. Team FMC, led by Doris Gonzalez (CBO A), included 36 FMC employees that made an impact by partaking in the walk.
“My 5-year-old grandson, Braylon, asked me to help him raise funds for the FARE walk,” said Dorinda. Braylon is 99% allergic to dairy milk, eggs, peanuts, grass and much more.
The walk was an opportunity for him to make a difference. Allergy doctors Sami Nallamshetty and Daniel Reichmuth both participated in the walk and shared key information at a designated FMC Foundation of Caring table for community members that participated in the walk. A total of $34,000 was raised for research.
A special thanks to Gonzalez and doctors Nallamshetty and Reichmuth for helping raise community awareness about FARE.Become a part of the blessing for thousands in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties by joining with the FMC Foundation of Caring.
